Seniorenzentrum Liebigstraße

The entire technical building equipment was planned for the senior center with 120 care places. The latest IP technology for emergency calls was installed, and a central server was set up for networking. The central building control system not only manages the building services but also controls the lighting using light sensors and time control. To prevent overheating, the building control system also includes sunblind control with global radiation sensors and summer night cooling.
